VETERANS JOURNEY FORWARD SERVICES
Peer Services
We aim to work as peers for individuals in our community. We have all been through trials and tribulations and we can all feel alone from time to time. We connect peer support with individuals with similar backgrounds who understand what it is like to walk down the same paths.
Veterans Service Officer
Assistance
We are working toward helping veterans get the services they deserve. Navigating to get services should not be difficult and we are working to make it as simple as possible.
