The road map to becoming a Certified Peer Counselor
Complete the road map as soon as possible seats are filling fast.

If you are interested in becoming a Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) we are building a roster for training.

Before the training, there are a few steps that are required by the Health Care Authority.

To make the process as easy as possible links will be included and a sign-up roster will also be added to enroll in the training hosted by the Veterans Memorial Museum.

The Washington State Health Care Authority has provided all of the information needed to become a CPC. The link below is the primary source of information from the Health care authority.

STEP 1

The first step is to complete prerequisite training that is located on the link below.

The link will take you to a site that requires you to create an account so that you are able to save your training progress.

  • Pick Certified Peer Counselor Pre-requisite Training

STEP 2

Submit the certification of completion received at the end of module nine to the e-mail addresses below.

Complete the online peer support application. The link is bellow
